Where is the northern most Wildlife Refuge and/or National Park in United States?

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska is the northern most unit in the National Park System. It's northern border touches the Arctic Ocean. It's eastern border adjoins both Ivvavik and Vuntut National Parks in the Yukon Territory of Canada.Where is the northern most Wildlife Refuge and/or National Park in United States?
Denali National Park in Alaska.
