Ladies I'm having a theme Bar-B-Q featuring wildlife. Is split beaver best cooked rare, medium or well done?

I have sufficient I think but if there is a problem I will fall back on sausage and burgers.Ladies I'm having a theme Bar-B-Q featuring wildlife. Is split beaver best cooked rare, medium or well done?
its rare it will taste any good if its not well done chick ;)Ladies I'm having a theme Bar-B-Q featuring wildlife. Is split beaver best cooked rare, medium or well done?
It's best eaten rare. The bloodier the better.

Serve it with beef jerky, or lettuce sandwiches.

Trout goes well with it too.
I think it's best kept well away from the bbq to avoid embarrassing injuries. Stick to the sausage and burger option.
It's best skewered .
I prefer my beaver to taste WELL DONE ... I will never fall back on budget sausage ..it was full of gristle last time I ate al fresco with you, love ....
i only meat that is cooked well done, blood is gross.
as long as it's pink in the middle...
